How can I book using a gift card or voucher?

You can redeem an eligible gift card or voucher online or present your voucher at the Box Office in exchange for an admission ticket to a select session.  

Please note that tickets for Moonlight sessions are subject to availability and having a gift card or voucher does not guarantee admission, unless you reserve your spot in advance by booking online.  

If you have an Event Cinemas or Moonlight Gift Card with a monetary value on it (barcode will start with '9036'), you can follow these steps to use your Gift Card to pay for your tickets: 

1. Select the session you wish to attend and click on "Buy Tickets". 

2. Add tickets to your order and check all order details on the right-hand side of the screen. 

3. Click on "Proceed to Payment". 

4. On the payment page, select the third payment option "Gift Card" and validate your card number and pin. 

5. Click on "Proceed to Payment" and follow the prompts to complete your booking. 

If you have Moonlight ticket vouchers e.g. 1 x General Admission Voucher or Moonlight E-Voucher (barcode will start with 'G1'), use the below steps to book your tickets. 

1. Select the session you wish to attend and click on Book Tickets. 

2. Above the tickets section, select the box marked "Add a voucher/promo code". Enter your voucher code here, and the four-digit PIN in the box which will appear next to it. The voucher will load and appear as a new highlighted line on your ticket order. NOTE: Please leave all other Ticket Quantities at 0 (zero), or you will be charged for additional tickets. 

3. Double check the order details. 

4. Click on "Proceed to Payment" and follow the prompts to complete your booking. 

NOTE: We do not accept Event Cinemas individual ticket vouchers
