If you wish to upgrade your General Admission tickets to Connoisseur Lounge or AAMI Gold Grass (or Premium Experience in Melbourne or Sydney), please make a new booking for that premium area and then Contact Us with both booking reference codes (original booking and new booking). We’ll be happy to cancel and refund your original General Admission booking. Premium seating is limited and subject to availability.
NOTE: tickets purchased with a General Admission Voucher cannot be upgraded to a premium area. General Admission Vouchers cannot be upgraded or used in a different area.
