Moonlight Cinema tickets are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Sale.
However, if your booking was made directly through Moonlight Cinema or Event Cinemas, you may be eligible to swap your tickets to another session, provided it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled screening.

If your booking is within 24 hours, and you can no longer make it for any reason, you are welcome to pass your booking onto a family member or friend to use the tickets in your place.
