I booked the wrong venue. Can I refund or exchange my tickets?

It is not possible to exchange your booking to a different Moonlight Cinema venue.

If you’ve booked tickets to the wrong Moonlight Cinema venue, you will need to make a new booking for the correct Moonlight Cinema location. You can then request a refund (excluding booking fees) for your incorrect purchase.

 

To request a refund, follow the below steps. Ensure you provide us with at least 24 hours notice before the original booked session commences. 


1. Make a new booking with us for the correct session you will be attending

2. Then request a refund for the original purchase that you have not attended

3. Submit your refund request HERE

3. Be sure to include a copy of your correct and incorrect purchase for review.
