In the event of rain, we will try to go ahead with screenings wherever possible, and do not cancel for light/intermittent/potential rain. If we do need to cancel, we give our guests as much notice as possible, however as weather conditions are unpredictable we may have to cancel close to or during the screening.
In the event that a session is cancelled, ticket holders will receive an SMS and email notification with details on how to re-book your tickets for another session. If notification is not received, please assume that your session will proceed.
Screenings may be cancelled for adverse weather for any of the following reasons:
- If the weather poses a safety threat to patrons and staff.
- The Conditions of the turf are too wet to operate.
- If high wind speeds are expected and may have an adverse impact to the set up and operation of the screen.

*Moonlight Cinema Head Office often does not receive advance notification of a cancellation due to adverse weather, and so are unable to advise patrons of a cancellation. Please wait for the SMS and/or email from the Venue.
