My session was cancelled. How do I re-book?

In the event of a weather cancellation, all tickets are converted to a booking credit to swap into another session in the 2025/2026 Moonlight Season. 

 

    Online bookings: Have your booking reference handy, click HERE and follow the prompts to     rebook your tickets online. Your booking reference is located on the booking confirmation     email tickets. It is the 7-digit code beginning with “W”. 

 

    Box Office/On-Site ticket purchases: Please email a photo of your physical tickets to our     Customer Service team HERE and they will be able to assist further.  

 

 

We understand it can be hard to rebook towards the end of the season. If your session is cancelled in the last four weeks of the 2025/2026 season, your booking will automatically be refunded.  

 

Important to Note: 


  • A booking credit can’t be split across multiple sessions. All tickets must be re-booked for the same replacement session 
  • A booking credit is limited to one rebooked session only. Once your replacement session is confirmed, you cannot change your credit to a different session
  • A booking credit can only be used for the same ticket category and same venue that you originally booked for (subject to session availability). Upgrading or downgrading to different seating area is not possible
  • A booking credit will expire at the end of the current season
