My session was cancelled. How do I re-book?

In the event of a weather cancellation, all tickets are validated to swap into another session in the 2023/2024 Season.

If you purchased your ticket online: Have your booking reference handy and follow the prompts to rebook your tickets online. Please Click Here and follow the prompts.

Your booking reference is located on the booking confirmation page of your Print-At-Home tickets. It is the 7-digit code beginning with “W”.

If you purchased your ticket at the Box Office: Simply bring your original ticket to the session that you wish to attend. Tickets are subject to availability. Please bring the original ticket to be scanned at the gate – this way you avoid queuing at the Box Office. Terms of sale apply.

We understand it can be hard to rebook towards the end of the season. If your session is cancelled in the last four weeks of the 2023/2024 season, your booking will automatically be refunded. 

Please note: your booking credit cannot be split across multiple sessions, and can only be swapped into a new session once. Your credit cannot be upgraded or downgraded, you can only swap into a session that has availability of seating in the same category that you originally booked in. Please also note that your booking credit can only be redeemed for the same venue that you originally selected, and cannot be used beyond the current 2023/24 Moonlight season.

Moonlight Cinema is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions, including light, intermittent and potential rain. We strongly recommend you bring wet weather gear in case of rain (note the use of umbrellas during screenings is not permitted as it obstructs the view of other audience members). The decision to cancel a screening is made by the Venue Manager on site, and can be made at any time up to or during the screening. Moonlight does not provide refunds on tickets if a session is cancelled due to adverse weather.
