Once your online booking has been completed, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation.
We encourage you to show your tickets either printed or on your phone when you arrive at the gate. Alternatively, you can go straight to the Box Office on the night and quote your receipt or booking number to receive your tickets. The receipt or booking number is the code displayed when you complete the booking. It starts with a “W”, and is also located on the receipt page of your ticket email attachment.
If you do not have your receipt or booking number, Box Office staff can search for your tickets using the email address that you used when booking the tickets.
